The Art Squared Arts Market is a juried arts and fine crafts market, bringing the best local artists together in one place. The Market always takes place at the San Marcos, Texas Downtown Square on the Second Saturday of each month, March - December.
Sunshine Markets are outdoor artisan markets featuring dozens of local artists, bakers, crafters & creators, with music, food truck & guest activities,. The market takes place every 3rd Sunday in the Wolf Ranch Shopping Center, in Georgetown, Texas.
Sip, shop, and stroll your way through Historic Downtown Elgin every 2nd Thursday of each month from 5-8 pm. Sample drinks & local foods, enjoy live entertainment and shop for one-of-a-kind gifts, jewelry, home decor, art, and more. You'll find C Powell Studio in the Elgin Farmers Market in Veterans' Memorial Park in the Spring & Fall.

The 11th Annual South Street Art Festival,
the longest running and only fine art festival in
the Downtown Cultural Arts District of Arlington, returns
April 4-6, 2025.
See and buy from up to 100 local, regional and national artists selling work in one of 14 different categories. Art lovers and collectors can stroll down South Street seeing booth after booth of one of a kind original art from skilled artisans.
Now in its 18th year, the Wimberley Arts Fest is a fine arts festival organized by artists for artists, sponsored by the Wimberley Valley Art League’s 200+ members and art loving volunteers.
This event is on Saturday, April 26th from 10am-5pm, and Sunday, April 27th, from 11am-4pm. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, alongside a gorgeous meandering river with waterfront cabins, in the shade of an ancient pecan orchard, at The Waters Point Retreat.
The Pecan Street Festival is a free two-day arts festival that takes place in downtown Austin’s Sixth Street Historic District between Brazos Street and Interstate 35 in the heart of Austin’s business and live entertainment district. It’s held twice a year on the first weekend in May and the last weekend in September. This juried festival attracts hundreds of local and national artisans offering original handcrafted creations in a variety of mediums.
The weekend of activities includes art, music, food, and history as we highlight the talented and passionate artists who call Elgin home. The City of Elgin sponsors the event, provides the marketing, and creates a schedule/map for the weekend. The weekend events include tours of local artist’s studios, a variety of classes and demonstrations, discussions, wine tastings, vendors, art exhibits, and architectural walking tours. Local venues will host artists, live music, and special events.
Mermaid Fest is scheduled for May 17th and will take place at Plaza Park following the Mermaid Promenade Parade. The new venue is conveniently located within a short walking distance from downtown, with the San Marcos River providing a scenic backdrop that enhances the festival's vibe and features the city's crown jewel.
Bastrop Pride Festival exists to celebrate all that makes us unique and all that brings us together. This year’s Sparkles and Spurs Street Faire will be happening in downtown Bastrop on Friday, June 6th, from 5pm-11pm. The indoor event at the Bastrop Convention Center is happening on Saturday, June 7th with a family friendly event in the morning/afternoon, from 10am-3pm, and an adult evening event from 5pm-11pm.

The Rockport Art Fest is a staple of the summer season on the Texas coast, with over 120+ artists selling their work to over 10,000+ art buyers. It also serves as a fundraiser for Rockport Center for the Arts. Proceeds go towards creating and sustaining the many free to low-cost programs hosted by Rockport Center for the Arts year-round.
The festival is located on the Rockport Festival Grounds, at 1500 E. Laurel, on Saturday, July 5th & 6th from 10am-6pm, and 10am-5pm. **TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED**

The show will be on display at venues in downtown Elgin during the Explore Elgin Arts and Culture event. The opening of the show will be on Thursday, May 8th at Lo-Fi Coffee House & Studio. This is in conjunction with Sip, Shop & Stroll in Downtown Elgin so most businesses will be open late. EAA will provide refreshments.
Chris will showcase his art in a solo exhibit at the Inspired Minds Art Center, in collaboration with the Tandem Arts Partnership. His exhibition, Artistically Schizophrenic, will be on display from July 18th to August 9th.
